About Chris
Mr. Richichi is a Principal/Founder with B2R Consulting Engineers specializing in Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering. In this capacity, he has full responsibility for the management of the Engineering Design Projects to ensure work is properly planned and managed to achieve client satisfaction and firm performance objectives. His responsibilities include managing teams for all project needs, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, design of all building mechanical (HVAC) systems, construction administration, and review of project scope with local authorities having jurisdiction to confirm code requirements are met.
Chris Richichi has developed specialized expertise in the design of complex Mechanical (HVAC) systems. He has extensive experience in the overall design of a wide variety of project types including, but not limited to, office buildings, multifamily residential buildings, highrise buildings, tenant fitouts, foodservice, and educational facilities.
