419 West Avenue Warehouse

New warehouse building replacing an existing office building.  This new last mile delivery warehouse will have 65,000 square feet of high bay storage and 10,000 square feet of mezzanine office space.  The building will have a 740kW rooftop solar array tied into the building electric switchboard.
