Two Clinton Park is a luxury rental apartment building that is 28 stories with 390 apartments with an overall square footage of approximately 540,000 square feet. There are two parking levels utilizing car stacker technology increasing parking capacity. The building has multiple floor amenities that include spa, rooftop terrace and speakeasy.
This is one of the first all-electric post gas moratorium buildings. Heating and cooling is provided by high efficiency air cooled variable refrigerant flow split systems. Multiple outdoor condensing units are located on the rooftop with refrigerant piping risers connected to branch controller boxes on each floor and apartment fan coil unit. Step up 480V transformers were used to reduce feeder size requirements for the rooftop condenser units.
